We met Corey 8 months ago when we signed up for Seacliff. He was easy to deal with & made to sales process simple & easy.

We are moving to the next stage of our lives and needed an easy to look after home in a convenient and beautiful location. Corey was very helpful from the first contact when we were contemplating purchasing at Seacliff Village. Corey was very easy to communicate with and efficient in all aspects of the transaction to purchase the block and the build.

Where do we start - we are first home buyers having never built or bought a block of land. When we stumbled across Seacliff Village we were welcomed by a beautiful view and lots of dirt. We were also warmly welcomed by Corey, the main consultant and sales executive at Seacliff Village. Within the first 30 minutes of speaking, he was able to give us a vision on the whole development, pointing out where things will be located, and the masterplan of the exciting development. At first it was difficult to gauge how it will come together, but Corey’s knowledge of the project along with his passion and enthusiasm, he really got us thinking. We talked for about one and a half hours in that first meeting. Up until then we had never heard of Seacliff Village, only accidentally stumbling across it due to taking the wrong turn on Ocean Boulevard (no joke) We had walked away from the initial chat feeling engaged and intrested on how much we fell in love with this development after speaking to Corey. We think the approach he took by explaining the vision through our eyes as first home buyers and helped us envision how special it would be to buy within this special development. Best of all, not once did we feel like Corey was trying to sell us something, more so he helped us imagine something special! Five days later, after multiple emails and phone calls which Corey who was always quick to respond and patient with our endless questions, we signed a contract and put a deposit down. Mind you, prior to this we had our eyes set and ready to invest in another development which now has been delayed (and we are so so glad we took the plunge on Seacliff). Corey throughout the whole process from when we first walked in the door to signing the contract and beyond has given us regular updates and he is always up for a chat. He has been nothing short of brilliant. Corey has done this development justice by presenting professionally, with a focus on the people that want to be a part.

Given l’d not long arrived from the UK to join my daughter & family, which was a massive undertaking in itself, the next big step was finding a ‘new’ home. Believe me, at 70, this is particularly daunting, plus l’d not long created my forever home in the UK, now we that was gone, l had to start all over again. However! all the concerns & stress’s began to ease away when l turned up at the Seacliff Village sales office & chatted to Corey. As the coming weeks & visits to chat again, passed by, all my queries where answered, no matter how small some of them may have been. With this in mind, the decision to buy became easy, considering the Aus. way of buying a property is different in many ways to the UK, which only added to the stress of it all, having to ‘learn it all again’. In a nutshell l can’t fault how Corey & colleagues have handled the process in every aspect thus far. Professional in his work, whilst also very easy to chat to, in a casual & forthright manner, in the manner l like to deal in my business matters.
