Our experience with Corie and the team was positive from the first meeting. Corie was honest and told us what the market was indicating our house would sell for. After looking at the price we would need to pay for our next house, I told Corie that I wanted an amount that was $150k above what the market was indicating. Corie told us that auction was the best option and our house, but did not make any promises. Our house sold for $162k over our reserve. Corie was great with communication as was his team. Joel and Daniel were a great help during the campaign. Hayden was a standout and so helpful.
