After a negative experience with our first realtor we entered the agreement with Corie and his team with a little reluctance. Our opinion was quickly changed with Corie's professionalism, excellent communication skills and he always followed through with what he said he would do. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Corie's knowledge of the hills area and in particular Kellyville was outstanding which helped restore our confidence in working with a realtor in selling our home. Corie and his team got the job done and sold our house as he said they would. Our only regret was we did not go with Corie and his team from Harcourt's from the beginning.

Corie certainly took the stress out of our selling experience. He made himself known to us some time before we decided to sell by door knocking and having a casual conversation about three years prior to our decision to sell. in that time we had been able to see his results and get to know his friendly upfront no fuss style. his knowledge of the local and surrounding market is amazing. he is in-tune with pricing and selling times. Corie is the ultimate communicator, not too much but never distant. He is always accomodation and seems to manage his time so that he has time for everyone's needs. it goes without saying that his market knowledge, his ability to communicate and his success make him one of the most credible agents that I have met. Our result was greater than i had anticipated which has helped us get closer to our ultimate dream. While I don't expect to be selling in the near future if I am able to maintain contact and Corie is still an agent that can help me i will most certainly look to using him again and I would recommend to anyone asking that they get in contact with him if they are looking to sell. If I find myself in a position to invest I will look for Corie's assistance in purchasing. We used rate my agent only to confirm what we already knew to be true.
