As I mentioned to Steven that we had few not so good experiences before with other agents but this time from beginning the experience was wonderful and we could see the things happening smoothly. There was never a pressure from you guys to lock/sign the contract, you understood our situation well - communicated to the Vendor and got approval for a Valuation of the property before us formally signing the contract unlike other agents.
