Corie and the team came in after we had the house for sale for 3 months with another agent. They came in with real expectation and go-getter attitude. The house was sold in 6 weeks and for the price we wanted. Corie was available with updates after each open home and daily when it came to the offers and negotiations towards the end. At the end we had multiple offers and it was us that are choosing who to sell to based on settlement period and what suits us for the move afterwards.
