Corie and the team provided an excellent service, setting and managing our expectations from day one, providing a knowledgeable overview of the market and giving us the confidence to market our home through them. The process was simple, we met a couple of times to chat about our home, our expectations and the market. We then received a complimentary service whereby a consultant visited one evening to provide advice on how to style each room - we were impressed with the time and thought put into this service. The next step was for the photographer to visit before our home was marketed online, again we were very pleased with this service - the pictures were great. We had a couple of potential buyers from our first open home and within a week we agreed on a sale. Throughout the whole process, Corie and the team impressed us with their professionalism, regular communication and also their patience whilst we organised our home for sale.
