Our position was that Corrine and the team misjudged the market in setting the initial sale price. This we feel led to an extended sales period, accepting that we had two failed contracts before our 3rd and successful contract. Communication was generally good however we rarely got answers to the bigger questions we had on strategy and next steps with interested parties. The information we did get was about all of the new potential buyers after a Saturday open, which led us on a confusing and difficult path of summarising what was actually happening. The team worked hard in managing the opens, buyer questions and negotiations, But overall we were disappointed with the final price and the time it took to get the sale.
