Corinne ran a fantastic open house, and did a lot to get inspectors enthusiastic about the property, with a very hands-on, friendly approach to the process that made us feel comfortable every step of the way. The negotiation was a little trickier given the time constraint around it and would've preferred a bit more of an idea of where we stood in that moment (it was a private sale) in order to help take some of the emotion out of the final decision (which we're absolutely satisfied with, by the way)

Corinne was always helpful, she was realistic in her appraisal and had a good knowledge of the area and how best to approach the sale of my land. She was flexible and took advantage of the initial big interest with "opens" at the land to maximise interest and save herself time, she used my knowledge and incorporated me into the sales pitch, which seemed to work. the whole approach was efficient and very credible.
