Cory Boyd sold our investment property for us as many agents do. However, during the refurbishment & sales process we lived in a different state & we were actually travelling overseas in different time zones, making it impossible to have eyes on what was being done. Cory went above and beyond helping us, in that our property after many years of being tenanted required a substantial refurbishment to maximise its sales potential. Cory helped us source the trades & manage the refurb process with inspections of the works as they were completed. He also helped us find a new lawyer to handle the legal transaction when our current lawyers were unable to act for us.
