Cory was amazing throughout the whole process, he did research around our area (bacchus marsh) then together with his guidance we put together a price that we were happy to advertise at and a price we were happy to sell at. Cory was the salesperson who sold the house to me 10 years ago so he had longevity in the industry. The market has changed a lot in that time and there are few with such strong connections to the community. With previous sales and purchase experience I had a fairly good idea about the characteristics I was looking for, commission I would like to pay, price for the house, etc. He arrived punctually for all our appointments.
