An obvious choice

From the first conversation I had with Cory, I knew we would like him. He took time to ask about us and why we were selling before getting to all the house questions. We met with other agents that were also nice, but Cory was relatable, professional & thorough. He explained the whole process, different selling options, everything. It gave us a lot of peace of mind and confidence in him to be able to sell our family home. I think the cherry on top was that our 2 year old loved Cory from the moment he walked in. As first time home owners and now sellers, it was a daunting decision to trust a stranger to sell our home, but with Cory it was easy and seamless. 1000% would recommend to anyone selling or even just looking for an appraisal
