When I first rang about the property I bought, it was hard to get in to see it. Cosi suggested another pool. I straight away said I didn't want a pool or yard. Cosi listened! Not once after that did he try and push something I wasn't after. Despite some difficulty getting into the property, Cosi was very persistent in trying to get permission to see the property. He kept me posted with when I could get in for a look and eventually we were allowed in. Cosi is also very open to communication. He always replies to any contact quickly.
