Sometimes saying less is saying more. If you are selling a property I can sum up my experience with Costa very succinctly - "He knows what he is doing". The next property I sell will be through Costa and the team at Belle. In fact over the years I rented through these guys/ladies, have bought property through these guys/ladies, have used these guys/ladies to manage rental property for me and I have sold property through these guys/ladies. I am not the type of bloke that likes "drama". I am not interested in nonsense, I need a "one stop shop". I just want the job done in a professional manner by people who know what they are doing and that's what you get with Costa, John, Emma and the team at Hocking Stuart/Belle in Barkley St St Kilda.

Costa provided sound information throughout the campaign and strategies to get the desired outcome which we were very happy with His local knowledge and experience allowed for a great outcome within the time frame of the sale process

From the moment we met Costa it was clear that he had an in depth knowledge of sales in our area. Costa was able to show us comparable properties that gave us a good indication of what sales figure to expect. On the day of our auction he was honest about prospective buyers and did a fantastic job of conducting the auction. We would happily work with Hocking Stuart again in the future.

Costa is very professional and works to a very high standard. He is also a pleasure to work with. He and his team when above and beyond for the sale of my property. The advice was spot on and I could not be happier with the result. Very happy to recommend him.

Hey Costa Is the best real estate agent ,whose communication skills ,know how ,knowledge are the best I have experienced ,he is integral ,a power within the real estate business I believe he will go far. Kind regards Rob Finlay.

Costa was the auctioneer who recently sold two of our properties achieving most pleasing results His good communication and market knowledge throughout the campaign meant we were kept up to date with progress On auction day Costa really excels I would happily recommend Costa Karabatsos to any one thinking of selling their property

Costa is hard working with great communication and went above and beyond to get my property sold. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Costa did a great job auctioning our unit in Elwood. At a time when sales are tough & the market is considered a “buyers” market he was able to engage bidders & sell our property under the hammer. Great job!!

Really happy with Costa and his service. He kept me informed along every step, keeping in regular contact with me.

Costa is a great agent. He worked very well with us and the communications we received were excellent. We were able to get a very good outcome for the sale of the flat in a changing market. As the auctioneer, Costa worked to draw out the potential buyers extremely well. Costa and John have an excellent strategic understanding of the st kilda market and potential buyers. Anyone can sell in a boom market but in a changing market you need quality agents to get you the best results and Costa and John are excellent agents sho know their market and deliver.

Costa was great in the lead up to sale. He always had a positive attitude despite the slowing market. He would keep us updated weekly on the campaign. He was a strong negotiator on our side to help us reach a great result in the end. Thanks again.

Over the years we have sold several properties across Australia. Costa proved to be the best agent we have used, his strength is his market knowledge and client communication. Our auction campaign was faultless resulting in a sale that was 5 percent above reserve. We would highly recommend Costa and Hockingstuart to other vendors
