Costa Karabatsos is a champion. He could not have done any more to assist me throughout the process of purchasing an investment property in Victoria. Living interstate and being unable to view the property, I relied fully on Costa's professional integrity, legal knowledge, years of real estate experience and his genuine desire and willingness to explain and resolve all of my concerns. Costa is extremely efficient, respectful and courteous. Luckily, he also has a good sense of humour, often displaying unwavering patience for which, as a senior citizen, I was most appreciative.
