Being my first property purchase in Victoria I was feeling somewhat unsure of the process, but Costa was fabulous at explaining , with much detail, how it all works. I was given all the information required in a timely manner, and no question was too hard. Costa was very efficient, friendly and always available, returning calls and emails very promptly. My concerns were addressed, and the whole process went smoothly, leaving me feeling confident with the purchase.
