I would highly recommend costa for anyone selling a property . My investment property with other agents was going on the market but the agent was very pessimistic about its price potential . Costa was recommended by a friend and he was far more optimistic about its potential . He encouraged me to be more patient before dropping my price and he proved to be spot on by selling it for a very acceptable price far more than the first agent anticipated .
