After looking around for several weeks my brother and I decided to entrust Harcourts Green Living with the sale of our co-owned Birkdale property. After working with Courtney on the sale of 16 Patersonia Place, I feel compelled to break my own rule for once. Courtney has to be one of the most communicative sales professionals I think that I’ve ever met. Her pleasant attention to detail throughout the preparation, legal and sales processes was utterly first class. I felt that I could safely leave tactical decisions to her because she genuinely knew best. I’m a self-confessed control freak who rarely lets others run the ship, but not this time. The ducks were all lined up like she said they would be, and seemingly all of a sudden we were under contract, like magic. I didn’t think that it could all go so smoothly, but it most certainly did, and for that my brother and I are extremely grateful. I consider Courtney to be a really good friend now, and I think that is a real bonus. I never expected that to happen as it’s rare thing when you come across people like her in this industry who are just the greatest of people, and who you’d really like to pop in on next time you’re in their area just to catch up and have a cuppa with.
