Courtney was the agent for the seller of our new apartment in Newstead. Throughout the process she was just as amazing for me on the buying side as for the seller. Courtney made herself available for the many times I asked to see the apartment, and was the go-between for me when I was interested in buying some of the seller's furniture. Our transaction had complex legal and logistical issues. Courtney was very quick to pick up on the issues and act as a communication conduit to the seller who was travelling in Italy at the time. We signed on the Saturday evening using Adobe electronic signatures ,which was another of Courtney's suggestion's to facilitate the transaction.
