Overall a fairly straight forward sale with the agent giving me clear direction on what i needed to get done for sale to happen and RE agent was very clear on realistic expectations for sale price and time on market. Agent was pro active in finding a buyer and was able to speak plainly to me about the live market, my choices, my options, and what would be some likely or probable outcomes attached to various decisions. RE agent was able to address my questions and hypotheticals and was able to patiently observe in my times of indecision whilst reminding me of any possible constraints of the market without imposing any influence over my decisions. Some communication methods were clunky at times, whether they were by SMS or email or phone. there were times when phone conversations would have been much easier for quick share of information or decision making with a follow up clarification email for record keeping a few SMS communications early on made it difficult to keep record of context later. I see these are fairly normal teething issues but good to get ironed out sooner in the process when possible. The only stand out frustration was an issue with Keys were i was given a set of keys from the agent and the agent thought they had their own set but ended up not having a set at all and wouldn't travel the 10 minutes to my office to pick up keys while i was out of town for extended period. Everything else went fairly smoothly in the scheme of things but that one topic really was frustrating and came across as an unwillingness to solve a relatively simple problem, it was uncharacteristic of other undertakings.
