Courtney was friendly and trustworthy from my very first interaction with her. I was selling a house on behalf of a family member as their guardian / administrator, which is a complicated and stressful process. Furthermore, the housing market was in flux due to the recent tax changes. Courtney was well informed about the local market in a rural area, communicated often and, considering I was not located in WA, provided helpful solutions to make the sale as smooth as possible.
