Professional conflicts

I felt there was too much tedious discord between agent, property manager and tenants. This continual conflict was a definate barrier to allowing more advertising time, more open houses/ inspections to achieve a better sale price. It was sold, however, disappointed to find a $20k increase achieved by similar property in complex within a couple of weeks of our sale.
