Easiest house selling experience We have ever had.

We have sold 6 houses prior to this one, none of those with Craig. Craig researched the market and advised us on the value of properties in the area, told us what range of price we could expect, and based on his experience we settled on a selling plan. The house was tenanted and Craig managed the viewing whilst staying very respectful of the tenants. The house sold for more than we expected ( but in the range Craig had indicated ) in a very short time. He kept us informed of what was happening at all times. We are very happy we sold with Craig.
