Couldn't wish for a better selling experience.

We were downsizing from a small acreage after 22 years and Craig turned out to be the perfect choice. He lives locally and had made sales previously in the immediate area. He knows the local market well,and his promotional and pricing strategies were very effective. On top of that he was very helpful sorting out a couple of issues that were actually outside of his direct selling role, but were much appreciated. He kept us updated all along the thankfully short process and wasn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and give some practical help too. He liaised with our buyer to sort out a couple of practical issues to the advantage of both of us.
