I have been active in residential property as a buyer and seller here in South East Queensland over the last 20 plus years. My dealings have brought me in contact with many professional property people and some not so professional. I met Craig at a open house many years ago and even though we did not do business early on we developed a relationship that was based on his integrity and professionalism. Whenever I needed advise on the state of the market, property values or the potential of a location, even if Craig had nothing to gain he offered his advice, without hesitation. Even when it came to the selection of, who should we go to to manage our rental property, I was guided by Craig’s recommendation, his advise has served us well. Whist I have have not been a buyer in the last couple of years I will look to Craig for any future sale.
