Craig was incredible to deal with, he was proactive in contacting us and kept us updated the whole time. He was also flexible in meeting times which really helped given we both work full time and were moving to Brisbane from the Coast. As first home buyers, he made the process easy and gave advice where needed making us feel really comfortable. I have had pretty poor service from real estate agents and was actually blown away with how good Craig was - we were very impressed.
