Our usual experience when dealing with real estate agents is pressure, pressure, pressure, sprinkled with some lies and topped off with a serving of BS... But not with this awesome Team of Spouses Selling Houses! From our first call with Craig we could tell something was different, open and honest from the onset. The house we purchased was under contract but the potential buyers were having some little issues, and the vendors were open to having Craig show other buyers just in case the contract fell over, unfortunately for them it did, it was then our turn. This first inspection was when we met Craig face to face, he made us feel very comfortable, gave us some time to have a good look around without being pounced on. We then had some decisions to make as we were also looking at making an offer on another property. Second inspection was at an open home, again the same feeling from Craig, even with other buyers. A few days later, Craig let us know that the house was back on the market, an offer was made, some negotiations, then our offer was accepted. All of the discussions during this were relaxed, not at any point in time did we feel any pressure, quite the opposite with many jokes and laughter. Deb and Craig are amazing to deal with. I have no hesitation with referring anyone to them, if they are either in the market to sell or purchase a property. My house was not the easiest to get to market, due to its age and the fact that we were having to look for the right buyer. They sold the property way faster than I had ever dreamed and got the best possible price, which also exceeded my expectations. Deb and Craig's approach is very personal and caring, they are a diamond in the rough, when it comes to agents, believe me!
