Craig was excellent in his service and was always willing to help in any way he could. I was kept well informed by him as to what was happening with the transaction and where proceedings were at. I would recommend Craig to any person wanting to sell/purchase a house.
Craig overpriced the house right from the start. This showed lack of knowledge about the area. This I am sure put off a lot of possible buyers. Ih he had priced it more realistically at the start it not only could have sold earlier but maybe at a better price. When he brought the price down it had already been on the market a long time. The buyers offered a much lower price than the already lowered price and I do not think Craig negotiated well.
