Craig was awesome. He completely understands the climate around rural real estate. He also knows a serious buyer. He was kind, patient, highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful and in particular, I felt he was upfront and honest. I felt I could trust the information he provided. In addition, post the sale, he continued to provide assistance to help us understand the property assets and where things were located. He even gave us a welcome package which was just so lovely.
