I have bought and sold several properties over the years, but never have I come across a more professional, knowledgeable real estate agent than Craig Boyanich. He was recommended to me by a very dear friend who spoke highly of him and of how satisfied she was with his service. During our dealings, I felt that my opinion truly mattered and I was always listened to with great respect by him. His communication skills are excellent, both verbal and written. To say he is knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession is an understatement. He knew everything about the local area, strata by-laws, agent responsibilities and so much more. Craig is very approachable, friendly and helpful. He has a calm demeanour, which assists smooth negotiating. Nothing was too hard for him, from moving furniture for me to handyman extraordinaire. I am very glad I found him. He negotiated an excellent price for my Highgate property and I will never engage any other agent but him should I need one in the future.
