Market Knowledge 9/10 Communication 9/10 Professionalism 9/10 It's extremely difficult finding the balance between seller and buyer, it's an art form what happens behind the scenes, smoothing the way, the right timing, cushioning the blow, communicating what's important and what is not, advising, liaising, negotiating and long after getting the deal done. I was a difficult client, emotionally invested in the property and unfairly dependent on Craig who provided the emotional support to get me through a very challenging time. 219 was always going to be difficult to sell, its a unique property that only appeals to a very small percentage people but he found them and within one week the house was sold and our expectation on price was met.
