Negotiation skills with potential purchasers are the most fundamental skills required of an agent. Direct experience with Craig Burns showed me that Craig has the necessary negotiating skills and then some. I sincerely recommend that you use Craig to act on your behalf.
Craig is a great real estate agent with a charming and easy-going personality, he is very easy to talk with and was very helpful throughout the the whole process; as a first time home buyer I couldn't recommend Craig any more highly for anyone looking to make a step into the real estate market.
