As a first home buyer I would of thought the real estate agent would be by your side after purchasing the block we realised we were missing a roller door as shown in the pictures and that the bathroom had draws and a nice cabinet. We only realised this after we moved into the premises. I tried to contact him many times and did not answer my calls. I wish I would have had more knowledge as a first home buyer because I would have taken this further.
