Fantastic result

Craig suggested that the Open Negotiation platform would be the best option for my house in the current market, as he felt the buyer would most likely be an interstate buyer. And he was spot on the money. The property sold for 32.5K above reseverve, to an interstate buyer that purchased site unseen. I couldn't be happier with that outcome.
