Craig is a trustworthy agent passionate to achieve the best result for his vendors. I recently purchased a property which Craig was selling. Craig went above and beyond requirements and made every effort possible to meet our expectations along with gaining us access to the house for measuring elements during settlement. In hindsight I believe we could have got a higher price for the property if the strategy was adjusted based on better market knowledge. Feedback that was given from the agent (from prospective buyers) throughout the process was indicating a higher price so with more market knowledge and negotiating an offer before auction this could have been capitalised on. There did not seem to be a thought out plan B on auction day. Auctioneer could have been better briefed on the target price and the suburb (given Craig knows the area well). The end result was ok but could have been better. Craig was very pleasant to deal with and I believe he was very honest and transparent throughout the process. I enjoyed dealing with Craig and wish him all the best and I hope the above feedback assists him in getting better results in the future.

Craig did everything within his power, and beyond, to sell our property. From negotiating between the two of us(!), negotiating with the potential buyers, getting tradesmen in for quotes for potential buyers and all round being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Craig without hesitation to anyone looking for a smooth move, whatever your circumstances.

All through the process Craig kept all parties in the picture which helped to facilitate the sale as expeditiously as possible.
