Throughout the process Craig kept in constant communication with us, providing us guidance and moral support. He worked hard to get us the right outcome and made sure we were always aware of where things were up to. His market knowledge was of great value to us, as it contributed directly to the very rapid sale of our property. It also helped in preparing the property for sale, as he has a great eye for detail. Additionally, by working to a fixed commission, Craig was much easier to engage than other agencies. Despite competitors attempting to discredit this approach, it worked incredibly well - Craig remained laser focused on getting us the best possible outcome. I also really appreciated the complete lack of corporate nonsense about his approach, as some agents are burdened by process and back-office systems that let them down. Not so with Craig.
