After looking in the Drummoyne market for almost 2 years, Craig contacted us when our new home came to market, as he knew that it would suit us. When I decided to get a market appraisal with a view to selling, I had no hesitation in approaching Craig, having dealt with him before. He gave me a realistic expected price range based on recent sales of similar properties in the area. He also suggested some low cost improvements/maintenance with a view to maximising the sale price without outlaying a lot of money. He kept me well informed of progress, advising on the best strategy going forward, and finally negotiating a price above the top end of expectations. The whole process was smooth and satisfying.
