It was indeed a pleasure dealing with Craig. Craig informed us that he knew the owners, and also that as far as the property itself was concerned, everything had been done for us. As the property is part of 'The Old Broadwater Farm Estate', and is only five years old, this was indeed correct. Craig gave my Wife (via video link) and I, as well as my Sister and Niece (real estate 'strike team' ) free rein to meander throughout the property prior to purchase. As we are also (multiple) cat owners it was pleasing to note that Craig was very watchful and concerned for the owners cats, especially for them not being allowed to exit the house! Craig also took it upon himself to create two additional 'annexes' for us, those being D-(SWIMMING POOL & SPA -COMPLIANT) AND E-(RCD'S & SMOKE ALARMS).
