Purchasing the block through Craig was a very easy and satisfying process, Craig provided us with the information we needed to make an informative decision about the purchase. We are very happy with our new piece of real estate, thanks Craig for your professional advice.

Craig Davies was a delight to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable made the whole process easy and stress free and sold our property extremely quickly at a price we were happy with. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell your property.

Craig has been outstanding from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process in buying my new property. His professionalism is second to none. Very grateful for all he has done.

Craig has always provided us with services above and beyond any other agency. Craig has always provided honest advice and feedback.

My experience with Craig Davies of the Agency was of the highest standards with making life easy in preparation for buying a property and directed all negotiations with honesty and integrity that was experienced thanking you sincerely Craig Davies..

It was indeed a pleasure dealing with Craig. Craig informed us that he knew the owners, and also that as far as the property itself was concerned, everything had been done for us. As the property is part of 'The Old Broadwater Farm Estate', and is only five years old, this was indeed correct. Craig gave my Wife (via video link) and I, as well as my Sister and Niece (real estate 'strike team' ) free rein to meander throughout the property prior to purchase. As we are also (multiple) cat owners it was pleasing to note that Craig was very watchful and concerned for the owners cats, especially for them not being allowed to exit the house! Craig also took it upon himself to create two additional 'annexes' for us, those being D-(SWIMMING POOL & SPA -COMPLIANT) AND E-(RCD'S & SMOKE ALARMS). In closing...a very smooth, pleasant experience, thank you Craig. Kindest Regards Paul and Pamela Cooke

Craig was excellent to deal with his pricing structure was spot on for our property and we achieved the price we were after and a little bit more Thanks Craig

We have been dealing with Craig Davies over the past year, buying and selling a couple of properties. Craig has always provided excellent service and advice. We are new to the area and appreciated his friendly and professional service.

Craig made the deal seamless and easy for us. He was always available for any questions and sorted out anything very quickly. We really appreciated working with him and he is definitely our go to for the next deal. Craig is very helpful, reliable and accommodating and very kind.

Craig was very easy to deal with as a buyer, he kept us up to date at all times, with a few hick ups on the way due to seller - but Craig went out of his way to ensure it didn't delay us etc Honest, straight forward and easy agent to deal with. Thank you!

I have been looking for a property for about 6 months hoping to find one as quick as possible. Not much luck though. I also contacted several real estates. I registered in some of them but none of them really got back to me . Craig was the first one who contacted pretty much the same day I emailed Harcourts. He found me a property in a short period of time. Happy to answer or found out any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this guy any day.
