Originally we listed our investment property to be Auctioned, and we asked Craig about it as he was the agent with the knowledge of the area, Lake Cathie. We asked him how much we could expect our property to be sold for and were delighted with the answer we received. Auction day came around and it was probably the worst day of the year ( weather wise), and was passed in. The following couple of weeks were eventful. We had a few people interested and Craig kept us up to date on our properties progress. We are happy to say that we accepted an offer and our property has now been sold. Our price result wasn't what we were hoping for originally, but the property we were selling realistically didn't have a great house. The land however was its best overall feature because of its large size compared to other residential blocks in the area.
