Craig was selected from several proposed agents to sell on behalf of a deceased estate. He undersold himself but his innate confidence gave the interested vendors great comfort that he was the person for the job. He was correct in his advice as to method of sale, as to the interest being generated and as to the reserve to be nominated all of which led to an outstanding result. His communication throughout the campaign was excellent, his conduct of the auction assured and overall he took on the role with a personal interest beyond reasonable expectations. When I have recommended Craig in discussion with other owners in the Lower Peninsula area, I refer to his as the man man with the "good oil" on the market.

My two sisters and I interviewed four local agents prior to making our decision who to go with. Hocking Stuart were the last cab off the rank, but without any previous consultation with my two sisters and brother in law, we all chose Craig. The thing that impressed us with Craig was that his practice was only just around the corner, knew the property extremely well and the area really well. His departing words on the day was, "leave the stress to me over the next 5 weeks", which we did. I must admit that I had some concerns with the reserve being too low, spoke to my siblings a couple times during the week for reassurance that we had chosen the right agent, but the conversation always got back to Craig's presentation and knowledge of the area. Craig ensured that after every OFI, there was a report emailed with relevant information, eg. how many potential buyers came through, number of people through, who were genuine and who were just tyre kickers. The campaign was slick, advertising was spot on, esp using the drone. I did however have concerns that not many people were turning up to OFI's, but again went with Craig's assessment of the situation. At no time did Craig have any doubts about the campaign and how things were panning out, which instilled confidence in us as well. The Auction Day went quickly and was a total success, with my parent's property selling for $240K over the reserve. A Great Result!
