Known Craig since selling sisters house some 4 years ago for a great price at the time. It was a no brainer to use Craig again when we decided to sell family home after 48 years residing. Craig is the ultimate true professional and we touched base with him to sell home and strategies to be used. Nothing could have been more true as a potential buyer made a offer of 550k early on which at that stage was at the top of our expectations. We rejected to offer and proceeded to auction. Principal of Nolan Partners Scott Nolan sat down with us 4 days prior to Auction detailing in depth and detail what we could expect on auction day. This was extremely helpful as all bases we covered and his job on the day was to get the highest amount as possible. Come auction day we had at 8 genuine bidders and sold for an amazing 612k - 62k above reserve. An enjoyable process and amazing result.
