We had built a relationship from months of looking at houses during their open houses (but we were not ready to buy during this stage) but we could see their great selling style during the many open homes we attended. At my first interview with Craig in late August 2019, he informed me of his success in several recent sales of homes in my area at the Lakes Estate. I was encouraged by the prices he had achieved and the fast take-up of the houses he was presenting. Most of these other homes had Lake views, mine did not, but was at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street, bordered on one side by a koala habitat, with lovely well developed trees and at the bottom of the garden a creek fed by a spring further up the valley. My home was built by a well-established builder according to my specifications. It was well maintained and in almost "as new" condition. The established gardens were attractive and easy care. Unfortunately climatic conditions were poor during the weeks the house was open for inspection, with smoke from bushfires, heat, or rainy days. Craig was ever optimistic but it became clear that the asking price was too high for a home that was not facing the Lake. After reducing the price, there was still little interest. Finally at the end of the 3 month contract, a buyer made the one and only offer I had received. I reluctantly accepted as I had committed to a property in Canberra. I felt certain that Craig had done his best to market my property, but it seemed to me that economic constraints in the business community around that time and weather conditions made the whole process difficult. Finalising the sale was also beset with difficulties as the buyer, was unable to exchange the contract for my property promptly as she was delayed by the exchange on her home. This added to my frustration, but Craig assured me all would be well and in the end it was.

Craig Has just sold our home for us. He was/is so professional in his approach to to property sales and his presentation of himself. I love how respectful he is to both seller and buyer. Even in a slow market he did not give up. Thanks Craig
