Smooth talker, promised the world. Communication was a major issue, he could go 5-7 days without answering or returning any messages. For a week prior to our open house the house was not advertised online, and despite bringing this to his attention, it took him another week to rectify it. He managed to push potential buyers away by having an indifferent and superior attitude to them. Offered a flexible rate, "seller to decide" upon completion of contract - he then deducted what he thought was appropriate and has refused to refund the difference. After all our negotiations with our buyer, he erroneously gave them the wrong contract to sign - ultimately rectified it when we realised. Despite the house selling after 6 months, overall Craig made the whole experience very stressful for us, and left a bitter aftertaste at the end. I would not recommend Craig Gardener.

Craig found a buyer for our home within one week of it going on the market. He stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable and prepared at all times. We’d recommend Craig in a heartbeat.

Craig demonstrated lots of energy and drive. Most importantly he listened to exactly what you want with price, presentation and management of the sale processes. of course he offered sound advice and was splendidly supported by his sales associate Felicia Reith. Felicia offered the woman's perspective to the potential purchases. She provided an insight to prospective buyers and offered suggestions on potential uses for aspects of the home. She is a girl relatively new to the area with great flair and style to assist in presentation. Craig is a seasoned and experienced Real Estate Agent with a wealth of suggestions in presentation.
