Our house was on the market for 6 days and sold through a private showing and we only had 1 open home. Craig and Kassey had some good home improvement suggestions to help us achieve the the sale price we were after but Craig really showed his talent as our agent with their known client database - knowing who would be a good match for our house. Really smooth process and there really isn’t too much more for me to say from a sellers point of view - Craig pretty much handled everything while keeping us in the loop as everything progressed.
