Really (really) easy process, very happy

We sold our first house with Nolan Partners (new experience for us, probably should have been stressful) and I think we’ve been treated to a false sense how smooth it is to sell a house (in a good way). Our house was on the market for 6 days and sold through a private showing and we only had 1 open home. Craig and Kassey had some good home improvement suggestions to help us achieve the the sale price we were after but Craig really showed his talent as our agent with their known client database - knowing who would be a good match for our house. Really smooth process and there really isn’t too much more for me to say from a sellers point of view - Craig pretty much handled everything while keeping us in the loop as everything progressed. Never overstepped or pushed his opinion, but as first time sellers we definitely leaned on his knowledge of the market as to what we should do. Super happy, super easy, not much more to say
