Craig was extremely helpful when we purchased our cottage in September 2016. We were looking and travelling from the Gold Coast, so had tight time lines. After the auction Craig was helpful in facilitating not only our bump in, but requests we had of the seller and the resident tenant. We would commend him to anyone.
