Vincent and Janet, I’m very sorry you feel that way. I must say I was a little
shocked by the review as I pride myself on involving everyone in the sales
process and trying to make the experience a good one for all involved.
Janet, if I did anything to upset you I do apologise, it was certainly unintentional. Our
first contact was over the phone as you could not make the open home, I
promptly arranged an inspection for you on the Monday to give you the
opportunity to inspect the property as I had several offers after the first
open. I understood our professional relationship was fine, I remember
speaking with you regarding the property features and involving your children in a
conversation regarding the pool and how much fun they will have in it. Once
again I apologise if I offended you during the sales process it was certainly not
my intention. I trust you're enjoying your new home and please don't hesitate to
