I have to say Craig has been the best real estate sales person I've ever met in my life. I'm a property investor since 2008. I bought and sold investment properties for 9 times in Brisbane and Perth. Back in August 2020, I bought a spare land with its proposed subdivision plan going ahead with Craig. Unfortunately, the settlement process has been taken prolong mainly caused by the sellers and the sellers have been extremely unreasonable during the whole settlement process. Craig and his team has made enormous effort on negotiating with his client - the sellers to make the settlement in progress. In the end, it took 1 year and 4 months for the land purchase settled lately, and Craig even made his personal contribution to help rectify the clause under special condition in the sales contract that the sellers are required to comply but they didn't, to make the sales settled fairly for the buyer. Craig has incredible integrity and is very fair for both sellers and buyers. You can put your trust on him.
