Craig was easy to deal with and efficient. Craig has a good grasp of market values, provided reports as required as well as good advice on repairs required.

We arranged for a private viewing and found pro's and con's with the house. Craig was quite upfront and honest with all the property had to offer, and we made an offer. Craig got back to me that afternoon with the good news. We copped a major setback when the mortgage insurer came back with a high risk rating. Everybody involved was speechless, I was furious. We had to find a large amount of money in three weeks.... Craig has sold dozens of properties in this complex and this was a first. He said upon enquiry that he never speaks to the mortgage insurer. Mabey this will change as the consequences can be game changing. We had another hiccup at the last minute and had the real possibility of not having all the paperwork signed by settlement day. As I had the removal truck and steam cleaning organised, it was imperative that we were able to move in. Craig was instrumental in getting the existing owner to sign a prior possession agreement so that we could. It was time to sell our little unit in Vic Park. Craig came to us highly recommended by a trusted friend. He came to our house the same week as we contacted him, although we knew he was very busy with much bigger customers. He gave us a fair appraisal and made a few suggestions as to how to present our unit for the first home open. We signed up to what seemed a very fair deal. With his house dressing suggestions, we had heaps of buying groups through and 3 ! offers at the first home open.
