I had been in contact with Craig over the last 5 years for market appraisals for an investment apartment I own in Rivervale. I feel he always provides honest reliable information and isn't the least bit pushy. When I was ready to sell I did not have any hesitation in selecting Craig.

It was a good sale however the slow banking system caused us delays and we could have had fees. The banking system would only allow us to do a paper settlement, so backwards and slow and unnecessary delays. Craig was helpful and it was a quick sale.
