It was a pleasure to work with Craig Hadfield to sell my property. The property was not easy to sell because it was in a semi-remote rural area and had quite a few unique features. This meant that the purchase price was higher than most local people could contemplate. After separating the property into two parcels we quickly obtained buyers for the main part of the property at a price acceptable to us. Craig was diligent, hard-working, enthusiastic and fully committed to the sale. Great communication and Craig is very accommodating. We were able to arrange visits to the property we purchased and Craig was able to arrange this . on the weekend at a time convenient to us. Craig remained transparent throughout the property purchase informing us oh everything we needed to know about the property including its problems.

Craig was highly responsive, friendly and efficient in his dealings with us and provided concise, frank and trustworthy advice at all stages of the process. The lines of delegation to Sarah and others involved were clear and worked well. There was a reassuring feeling that Craig was part of a competent team in which people knew their roles and responsibilities, took them seriously and that they enjoyed doing their jobs. The regular communications that we received were welcome and credible. Because we were selling a jointly-titled property and I was travelling overseas and otherwise busy with work, there were aspects of the paperwork, marketing and sale could have been an inefficient, uncertain, drawn-out and stressful process. Thanks to Craig and his team, the marketing campaign and the auction turned out to be a well structured, reassuring and efficiently managed experience for us and the outcome met our expectations.
